Clearbooks India was founded in 2025 in Chennai by a group of passionate students determined to make financial management simple and accessible for small businesses, freelancers, and startups. What started as a small initiative has grown into a student-led financial services agency, bringing professional bookkeeping, accounting, and tax support to clients who need clarity and reliability.

Our team is led by Santhana Tito, our Founder & CEO, who oversees strategy and client relationships, ensuring that every business we work with receives personalized attention. Shree Priyan, our Chief Client Officer, builds and maintains strong client connections, while Reuben, our Chief Operations Officer, handles the day-to-day bookkeeping and financial operations. Kumaran, our Chief Technology Officer, provides essential technical support, helping streamline processes for efficiency and accuracy.
