Responsibilities of Virtual Accounts Manager

• Setting up a proper accounting structure with grouped accounts, cost centres, and voucher types in Tally and Zoho Books.

• Reviewing and correcting entries made by your team to maintain accuracy.

• Reconciling bank statements, ledgers, UPI/wallet payments, and customer/vendor balances.

• Creating secure access levels for data entry, review, and approval.

• Providing simple financial insights such as receivables, payables, and monthly comparison reports.

• Sending customized daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.

• Guiding your team on Tally and Zoho to improve accuracy and productivity.

• Note: We provide bookkeeping, accounting support, and reporting only — no GST/TDS filing.
